Ovulation Induction With Timed Intercourse

A very simple and basic procedure. 

Usually done for females with prolonged or irregular menstrual cycles, PCOS, thyroid disorders, unexplained infertility.  Medicines are given from Day2/Day 3 of menstrual cycle to start forming eggs and the egg growth is then tracked by serial ultrasound (follicle monitoring). Whenever the doctor feels that the egg is ready to get ruptured the couple is advised intercourse during the fertile window so that their chances to conceive naturally increases.
