Donor sperm insemination is considered in those couple where the male partner has very low or no sperm (even on TESA, TESE), ejaculatory dysfunction, severe male factor infertility (previous fertilization failure), presence of a serious genetic defect or having an affected offspring,  severe Rh isoimmunised female with a Rh positive male, female without partners, ineradicable sexually transmissible infection.
